“Books wash away from the soul the dust of everyday life.”

SACRED POWERS - DESTRESSIFYING - SECRETS OF MEDITATION By Davidji

I have the honor and privilege to call Davidji my teacher and mentor.  I’ve experienced his teachings first hand triggering a profound transformation when he guided me to look within and learn to love myself. It changed my life to one of harmony and clarity.

All of his three books, Secrets of Meditation, Destressifying, and Sacred Powers have been my road map to finding the way into a meditation practice that improved my outlook in all aspects of life. I keep a copy handy at my home and my office and use them as a reference for teaching and on my day to day life. These are the gifts that keep on giving. I highly recommend reading them, numerous times, regardless of where you are on your spiritual journey.

THE FOUR AGREEMENTS By Don Miguel Ruiz

Don Miguel Ruiz’s four agreements - be impeccable with your word, don’t take anything personally, don’t make assumptions, always do your best - are inspirational life commitments to follow. While these agreements may appear simple on the surface, they are, in fact, an amazing and challenging exercise on improving oneself by forcing ourselves to take a closer look at just how close our actions mirror their real meaning. A must-read and an eye opener in our path to growth.

ARCHETYPES - A BEGINNERS GUIDE TO YOUR INNER-NET By Caroline Myss

An archetype by definition is a typical example of a certain person or thing. Caroline Myss, in her book Archetypes, does an amazing job describing the behavior, patterns and characteristics of 10 main archetypes. Recognizing what our archetype(s) is/are is the key to our personal power. Her book sheds light on where our inner power resides as well as our grace and inner shadows that our challenges present. It was fascinating and surprising to discover my own archetypes and an enlightening answer as to why my soul keeps pushing me on my current path.

THE HEALING POWER OF SOUND By Mitchell L. Gaynor, M.D.

As an established oncologist, Dr. Gaynor immerses himself in a journey of researching how our emotional health plays a big part in our physical health. His research sheds light on how the use of sound, meditation and relaxation can improve the way we process emotional wounds. He treats his patients with a combination of traditional and holistic medicine primarily using meditation and sound to balance the mind-body connection. He is an advocate for holistic medicine with an interesting view and research as a traditional doctor.
